This is with reference to you letter dated July 30, 2010 pertaining to request for issuance of NOC in favor of Bank Alfalah Ltd. We wish to inform you that we have obtained the search report for this purpose which clearly depicts the position of charges of different banks on company’s assets. Our findings are as follows:

1) Habib Metropolitan Bank Ltd has a ranking charge over stocks and receivables, therefore we are in no position to give NOC for Pari Passu charge.

2) Moreover the up gradation of Bank Alfalah’s charge to Pari passu has already been made with necessary NOC’s on 06 April 2010 as per search report dated August 12, 2010.

3) Since you have upgraded and enhanced the charges of different banks in last few years, we would appreciate if our ranking charge over current assets may also be upgraded to Pari Passu.
