M/s. FAZAL CLOTH MILLS LIMITED has informed the instances of theft / snatching of yarn during transit on different dates as described below:

1	14-03-2011	Snatched 5 Bags (500 Lbs.) 30/1 Combed Compact CF Yarn from Truck No.9333-LES in the ambit of Police Station Khurrianwala out of 25 Bags despatched to Be Be Jan Limited, Lahore.
2	04-04-2011	Snatched 3 Bags (300 Lbs.) 20/1 Carded Viscose and 2 Bags (200 Lbs) 30/1 Carded Viscose Yarn from Truck No.1655DG in the ambit of Police Station Muzaffargarh, out of 150Bags despatched to Sohail Shahzad, Multan.

Members are advised not to purchase the above quantity of yarn from any unauthorized person and please communicate any information regarding the snatched yarn to Mr. Faizan-ul-Haq, GM (Finance), Fazal Cloth Mills Ltd (Tel: 061-4587632, Cell # 0300-6869299, Email: faizan@fazalcloth.com).

Amendment require in SRO 327 (I)/08

1. Refer to attached draft letter stating to notify main issue of Exporters related with FBR Notification No. 327(I)/08 dated 29.03.2008. As per instruction of Mr. Asif Riaz, we are forwarding this draft letter to you, kindly forward it to Vice chairman PDMEA (Mr. Ikhtiar Baig) for review and onwards submission it to FBR.

Amendment in SRO 209 (I)/2009 dated 05-03-2009 (REBATE RATE SRO)

2. Also we are attaching herewith recent amendment in above SRO for information of Mr. Ikhtiar Baig, in which FBR has changed description of exported goods as “Denim Fabrics and Denim Garments with or without lycra” under schedule-XXXV of SRO-209. Due to this, now we can get rebate as per given rate on description of 100% cotton Denim Fabric /garment as per below rate:

This is with reference to the fresh limit of Letter of Credit Facility amounting to PKR 40 million along with a sub limit of Term Loan to be converted to SBP LTFF scheme amounting to PKR 40 million. In this connection, NBP would have a specific charge over the plant and machinery imported through this LC but currently, charge created by PDL is ranking in nature and needs to be upgraded after taking NOCs from various banks, for which PDL has given an undertaking aswell.

Therefore, you are requested to approach other banks for NOCs so that charge should be upgraded on time otherwise the said LC would be retired through FPAD and will cost you much higher.
