Re-fixation of Rates of Service Charges

Dear Sir,

State Bank of Pakistan vide SMEFD Circular No. 06 of 2011 dated July 01, 2011 on the subject matter (copy attached) has re-fixed the rates of service charges for Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) and rates for end users under the captioned Scheme which is effective from 1^st July 2011 as under:

2)Stenter: Electrical and mechanical work is continue and will be completed within 4 to 5 days. work is now just hold due to unavailability of motors but we are trying to arrange it from shershah whereby shershah market is closed for few days because of condition of Karachi due to same both teams(nadeem and mohsin) are unable to come for the work of machine.

3) Sienging: 80% work is completed remain is under process

4) Fiber Shade: 100% work is completed.

6) Jacket water system: Today Ayaz is in factory he will report the progress after the lunch then i will let you know the actual condition.but one thing i want to bring in your kind knowledge that ayaz had installed a heat exchanger which was found leak durining testing so he has repired the same, today he has re-test it but the leakages is unable to stop so he will install another heat exchanger on shutdown.

7) Generator of haroonabad :As per my telephonic conversation with Mr. Nadeem Kiyani (high power engineering) he told me same that shershah market is closed for few days the work will be started when market will be open and he will try finalize the work as soon as possible

8) Power house roof flooring: Work proccess is going on from today.

9) Scrap: Rates of diffrent parties has been submitted to ejaz sb(CFO)

10) WHR boiler: As per Mr. Ayaz the other boiler is ready for shiping and will be shipped within 25 days.

I want to inform you that there is only one mistake about HS code of the product ,

You please do this amendment as soon as possible , so i can manage your shipment under my super vision on the 30th of this month ,

Under is the details of amendment ,

In the LC 47A (01), it indicate that the H.S CODE is 32041910 and should appear on all docs. But the HS CODE is wrong, it is not for sodium sulphide flakes. So, with this H.S CODE, we can not issue the FTA Certificate. So, Please kindly Amend the H.S CODE to 2830.1010.
