Re-fixation of Rates of Service Charges
Dear Sir,
State Bank of Pakistan vide SMEFD Circular No. 06 of 2011 dated July 01, 2011 on the subject matter (copy attached) has re-fixed the rates of service charges for Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) and rates for end users under the captioned Scheme which is effective from 1st July 2011 as under:
| Period of financing | Rate of Refinance | PFIs’ Spread | End User’s Rate |
| Up-to 3 years | 11.00% | 1.50% | 12.50% |
| Over 3 years and upto 5 years | 10.10% | 2.50% | 12.60% |
| Over 5 years and upto 10 years | 9.70% | 3.00% | 12.70% |
Other instructions on the subject scheme shall remain unchanged
