With reference to the condition of fire fighting equipments during extinguishing of fire we have found that when we use fire equipments, instead of extinguishing, the fire was getting increase so that it was bit necessary to inspect the fire cylinders. I have called two more parties for inspection both gave same reports.

Those are as follows.

1. The cylinders which is tagged B.C.F contain powder

Whereby BCF cylinder contains fire extinguishing gas.

2. Many of cylinders were found empty whereby the cylinders were sealed.

3. Rusted water was found in many of cylinders

During inspection store in-charge Mr. Shoib was along with me all the things had been shown to him

I had called the person who is being refilled these cylinders named MM engineering he admit. That there is mixing in product, he had not told that who are involved in this case, but he told me that store in-charge, ex- technical manager and ex-purchaser know about the mixing. He was asking for pardon from his offence but this offence is not pardonable. This is why I am getting submit this case to you.
