We have received a letter alongwith brochure (copies attached) from the organisers of the First World Textile Summit 2011 scheduled to be held in Barcelona, Spain, on 21^st September 2011 – the day before the opening of ITMA 2011, which is the 60^th Anniversary edition of the show, and the day after the ITMF Annual Conference.

The first World Textile Summit will be a unique one-day event that brings together textile-industry leaders and some of the world’s most influential thinkers and policymakers in strategically important fields such as economics, trade, technology and sustainability.

Member Mills interested to participate in the World Textile Summit 2011 are requested to kindly contact the organizers directly. It is to be noted that the cost of participation in the summit including traveling, boarding and lodging will be borne by the participants.
