With regards to your contract intially we issued you a letter for your renewing the contract but we received a reply from your side that you will renew only if your salary will be increased. Even after our reply to you that due to down turn in the business we are unable to increase your salary. Again you took some time to give us your answer in this regard.
In the meantime the management has selected another candidate for the same position, hence we regret to inform you that we are unable renew your contract for another period.
