We have recently learned that someone in ----------- is using ------------------------, name and logo with malafide intentions. Although the name and logo of ----------------------- is registered trade mark, they have managed to register himself with --------------
The name and the logo of ------------------------------ is already registered with Trademark authority of Pakistan. I will truly appreciate if you can kindly issue directives to the concerned department to cancel their registration and refrain to use ----------- and logo.
