Further to my numerous complaints regarding Internet service problem, kindly be informed that still I am facing the same problem which is badly effecting my work. It takes around 2 hours to download my emails with the lowest bandwidth speed of around 3.0kb/sec.
I will appreciate if you can kindly attend this matter and upgrade the bandwidth enabling us to receive our emails well on time.
