Ref our telecon regarding fixing of commission for 10x40 conts of Plants & Machinery; our Director has approved your recommendations to charge commission @ 0.15% of the assessed value of the captioned consignment as a special case.
You are therefore requested to make sure the billings as per said commission rates decided today amongst us will be paid within stipulated time of 10 days after the delivery of full consignment
