Reference to our discussion with you on the subject matter of today, we are one of your old and loyal customer keeping an impeccable dealings for the last decades. All our payments are regular.

We have been approached by equally reputed insurance companies offering reduced rates of premium on our various Policies e.g. on

· Fire @ 2.5% net

· Vehicle @ 3% net

· Marine – import of raw materials including dyes & chemicals @ 0.15% net

and exports of denim fabric @ 0.18% net.

There is a considerable difference, we request you to please reconsider your existing rates which are much higher on our various Policies including our Fire Policy No. 02/P020/00015029/-/10/2007 keeping in view our good relationship we request you to please reconsider our premium rates.
