EXTENSION OF THE DATE FOR FILING OF SALES TAX / FEDERAL EXCISE RETURNS FOR THE PERIOD JULY, 2011, & AUGUST, 2011 FOR ALL REGISTERED PERSONS

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform that with the strenuous efforts of Chairman - APTMA and his team, Government of Pakistan, (Revenue Division), Federal Board of Revenue, [Inland Revenue Wing] vide Circular C. No. 3(9)ST-L&P/2010 dated 10^th September 2011 (copy attached) has informed that the Board has extended the date for filing of Sales Tax/Federal Excise Returns, up to 20^th September, 2011 for the tax period July & August, 2011, for all registered persons.
